Unlike most cellular carriers, TracFone only offers call forwarding on certain handsets, and the option must be enabled through the handset menu. TracFone users with Nokia or Motorola handsets can forward their calls to another number. When the call comes in, instead of ringing the phone, the call can be forwarded to voicemail, or a number the user has pre-selected.
Instructions
Nokia Phones
1. Press the Menu key to enter the main menu.
2. Scroll to Settings and click the OK button.
3. Scroll to Call Settings and click OK.
4. Select Call Forwarding and click OK.
5. Enable the call forwarding option that you want. Forward if busy forwards the calls when the line is in use. Forward all voice calls forwards all the calls.
Motorola Phones
6. Click the Menu key to open the main menu.
7. Scroll to Settings and click OK.
8. Select Call forward and click OK.
9. Select Voice, Fax, or Data calls to enable call forwarding for that type of call.
