Hook Up A Fisher Price Bicycle Trailer

Bicycling is an excellent way to get a good cardiovascular workout. However, bicycling with an infant or toddler can be tricky. Carry-on backpacks are one option, but are potentially dangerous if the cyclist crashes. Fisher Price previously manufactured a pull-behind bicycle trailer that was comparable to those produced by In Step and Burley. The item has been discontinued by Fisher Price. The trailer can be quickly assembled or disassembled for storage purposes. It takes about 15 minutes to put it together and attache it to a bike.

Instructions

1. Set the trailer's two wheels aside and then raise the sides of the trailer by folding them by hand into the upright position.

2. Insert the support cross bar, which runs across the back of the trailer and fits into each of the upright sides.

3. Place the canopy over the sides and cross bar and snap it into place with the small snaps lined along the frame of the trailer.

4. Slide the wheels onto the rear wheel brackets. Once they click into place, tighten them down by turning the small metal tightening arm to the right

5. Set the trailer tow bar on the bottom bar of the bike's frame. The tow bar's locking mechanism will rest flush on the frame. Tighten the securing clamp down into place to lock the trailer's tow bar to the frame of the bicycle.
