A sage and juniper feet bath is a straightforward home cure for tired, aching ft. The soothing odor of the dried sage, rosemary oil, juniper berries and cloves may also help to bring back your brain, which feet bath is an excellent method to take a rest from the psychologically challenging activity. If you need a citrus scent, give a couple of drops of lemon, orange or grapefruit acrylic towards the water. Grapefruit acrylic is especially great for stimulating the nerves and mind.
Instructions
1. Put the dried sage, dried rosemary oil, juniper berries and whole cloves inside a disposable tea bag (offered at tea accessory shops an internet-based by searching disposable tea bags).
2. Fill a little tub with boiling water and put the tea bag in to the boiling water. Allow the tea bag steep before the water is awesome enough to place your ft into, usually about 15-20 minutes.
3. Take away the tea bag in the water and squeeze it within the bucket. Discard the tea bag.
4. Place your ft within the tub and soak for half an hour. Pat your ft dry having a clean cotton towel and moisturize together with your favorite moisturizer in it.
