Perform Crystal Healing

Crystals play a huge part in alternative medicine; healing requires some training.

Crystal healing, the act of healing an ailment with specific, natural crystals, has been a popular form of faith healing with a history dating back to ancient India. In theory, the crystal healer places a crystal of a certain size and type on a specific part of the body to heal a problem with the patient's mind, body or soul. Though met with some skepticism from traditional medical practitioners, crystal healing is practiced openly by faith healers.

Instructions

1. Make a list of the ailments or complaints of the patient and purchase or, if possible, harvest the corresponding crystals that heal those specific problems (see: Resource). Have the patient lay on a flat comfortable surface, ideally a bed. Make the environment a calming one by turning down the lights to near darkness, lighting incense and aroma candles and always speaking in a smooth, slow tone.

2. Make sure the individual is wearing comfortable, loose clothing, with body parts exposed as much as modesty will allow, because the crystals work best if placed on bare skin. Gently start to place crystals that help one area of the body on that part of the body; for a stomach ache, place the crystal on the stomach. Place the crystal on the chest for ailments pertaining to the soul, and on the forehead for problems dealing with dreams.

3. Meditate in the room while the crystals layer the person's body. Deeply concentrate on the person's ailments and the power of the crystals, which helps the crystals perform their duty. Invite the patient to join you in meditation; the more mental energy flowing through the room and the crystal, the more powerful the effect.
