Enhance The Kinesthetic Sense Through Meditation

Enhance the Kinesthetic Sense Through Meditation

Energy healers frequently have direct access to information through their five senses. Such high sense perception can be enhanced through practice, enabling the healer to treat their patients more effectively. Learn enhance your kinesthetic (movement) sense by reading the steps below.

Instructions

1. Investigate your internal process of thinking-whether you think in pictures, thoughts or feelings. According to energy healer Barbara Brennan, finding your most developed sense (sight, touch, hearing) is a great place to begin focusing your higher sense perception.

2. Sit in a meditative position and focus on your breathing. Visualize roots extending down from your spine into the ground. Now imagine healing energy pulling up from the earth and through your body. Finally, envision white light flowing downward from the heavens through the top of your head and mixing with the earth energy.

3. Remain in a comfortable position and focus on feeling the inside parts (organs) of your body. Depending on your internal mode of processing, touch or look at the part you are meditating on to remain focused. If you are an auditory learner, listen to your breathing or heartbeat to stay on track.

4. Continue the kinesthetic exercise by meditating on the space around you. Sit and feel the room you are in by reaching for different areas and noting any unusual sensations or thoughts. Different modes of internal processing may call for different strategies such as looking at different areas or touching objects in the room.

5. Repeat the previous exercise blindfolded in an unfamiliar room. Sit and feel the space as you did before and note any differences between your experiences. Afterwards, write down what you learned about yourself and the room.

6. Explore your kinesthetic sense by practicing this technique on other people, plants and animals.
