Producing more pheromones is all about overall health. These chemicals are released through the skin and attract others to you. They are made from amino acids and released through bodily perspiration. In order to produce more, the body must be in good health.
Instructions
Sweat It Out
1. Exercise to produce more pheromones. After all, they are released mostly through perspiring. Cardiovascular exercise is one of the best ways to work up a good sweat. Find an activity you enjoy such as walking, running, bicycling, playing sports, etc., and engage in it for at least three to four days a week. Just remember to drink plenty of water and stop if you feel faint or nauseated.
2. Go to a steam room or sauna as this is an excellent way to sweat. This will also cleanse the skin and open up the pores. If you do not have access to a steam room or sauna, you can create your own steam room in your bathroom. Close the door and turn on the shower with the hottest water possible. You don't need to get into the shower, but it will steam up the bathroom and help you sweat.
3. Do not use highly fragranced soaps, oils or lotions. As tempting as they may be based on their smell, they will defeat the purpose of having more pheromones. This does not mean you should avoid showers, since you do not want body odor to overcome the pheromones. Just use natural, fragrance-free items in the shower.
4. Get more zinc in your diet. This will encourage production of pheromones. Yogurt, cheese, whole grains, beans, peanut butter and nuts are all excellent sources of zinc. You can also take a daily zinc supplement as well.
