Eat Healthy At Fatburger

The words diet and Fatburger seem like they just don't go together. But with a little bit of know-how and careful choices, you really can eat healthy at Fatburger. If you just can't resist the taste, keep reading to find out more.

Instructions

1. Eat like a baby, or at least like a chicken. The Baby Fat burger is the best choice if you are trying to eat healthy at Fatburger. It has only 300 calories and 15 grams of fat. The next best choice is the chicken burger, with 360 calories and 13 grams of fat. The hot dog and veggie burgers are under 450 calories as well.

2. Steer clear of the Kingburger. With 820 calories and 41 grams of fat, the Kingburger is the diet killer.

3. Know that skinny doesn't really mean skinny. Fatburger has skinny fries and regular fries, but the calorie count shows that there is only a 60-calorie difference between the two. Regular fries are 550 calories per serving, while skinny fries are 490. They also pack 20 and 26 grams of fat, respectively. Skip the fries altogether to save yourself some calories.

4. Think before you drink. Diet soda or water is always a better choice.

5. Choose your condiments carefully. Bacon adds an extra 70 calories, while cheddar cheese adds another 110. So order your burger dry, and use the ketchup and mustard sparingly.
