Lose Weight With Crossfit

As CrossFit training gains in popularity more and more people are interested in use it to lose weight. But it is important to realize that CrossFit is not intended to make you hit a certain number on the scale. It is to make you healthy, strong, and prepared for any physical challenge you meet in life. Your CrossFit results will build muscle which weighs more than fat. But your inches will shrink and you will lose fat. So if you want to know lose fat with CrossFit, read on.


Instructions








1. Adjust your diet. Reduce (bad) carbs to about 40 percent. Your lean protein should be at 30 percent and (good) fat at 30 percent. Skip the soda, starches, alcohol, energy drinks, chips, crackers, fried foods, sugar, and pasta.


2. Eat a solid breakfast. Eat every few hours and include a small to moderate amount of protein with every meal. Make your meals consist of things like yogurt, pita bread, lean meat and poultry, fish, nuts, seeds, and eggs


3. Get 8 hours of sleep. Not negotiable. Sleep helps the body to recover from the workouts and to rebuild muscle.


4. Drink lots of water. Without hydration, the body is worthless. Your muscles need water to grow and your body needs water to flush out that old fat you are burning off.


5. Train five times per week. When it comes to CrossFit, you must give your workout all you’ve got or don’t even bother.
