Stop Body Sweat

Sweating continually and profusely can be an embarrassing problem. Since your body tends to sweat when you get hot to cool you down, sweating sometimes happens at an inopportune time. There are ways to control and stop body sweat so that you can go on with your daily activities without having to worry about sweating.

Instructions

Stop Body Sweat

1. Shave areas of your body that tend to sweat more, like your underarms, groin and chest. Try to keep these areas free of excessive hair so that sweat will be less likely to accumulate.

2. Wear a deodorant that is geared toward individuals who sweat heavily. Before purchasing making a purchase, consult a pharmacist.

3. Stay cool. When you feel like you are about to sweat, go inside and sit by the air conditioner to cool down. Carry a battery-operated fan with you at all times when you are outside and cannot get inside quickly.

4. Contact your doctor to see if you are a candidate for medications that can be prescribed for excessive sweating.
