Donnie B's Funny Bone Comedy Club offers national and local comedians on a regular basis. In addition to stand-up comedy, the club has pool, darts and drink specials. It is open Wednesday through Saturday each week from 4 p.m. until closing time, depending on how busy it is. Most national comedians perform several nights in a row, with one or two shows each night.

Treehouse Lounge
Treehouse Lounge hosts live stand-up comedy on some Friday and Saturday nights. The club also offers darts, pool, happy hour, drink specials and a food menu. Treehouse Lounge is a multi-purpose venue; it also hosts live music events. As of 2010, it was voted by locals as Best Comedy Club for seven straight years.

Jukebox Comedy Club
Jukebox Comedy Club is located in Peoria, about 25 miles west of Bloomington. It has a full schedule of national comedians, with some local amateur nights as well. National acts often perform at the club for two or three nights. The Jukebox Comedy Club can also accommodate meetings, parties or large groups.

Mason City Limits
Mason City Limits is located in Mason City, about 30 miles southwest of Bloomington. The club offers a solid schedule of stand-up comedians, mostly national acts performing multiple nights in a row on weekends. It also offers an amateur night that has no cover charge. Reservations are accepted.
